Have a question? Want to learn more about lessons our products and policies? We’ve answered a few of the most asked questions - if your question isn't listed, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Do I need my own Instrument?
In short, yes.
If you're booking lessons for a good length of time, most of our lessons are aimed towards work at home. 30/60 minutes of guided practice a week often isn't enough to get you to where you want to be, you'll have exercises to take home and rehearse. You are more than welcome to borrow an instrument to try it out or use your lesson as guided practice if thats what you want to do.
We're not expecting everybody to go out and buy grand pianos and acoustic kits - talk to your tutor to find some options.
When do I pay?
Lessons paid online are cleared before booking, for payments made by bank transfer or cash; Check your tuition agreement details for payment details, in most cases they will be; within 24 hours of booking or monthly totals due by the 1st working day of the month.
Do you sell gift cards?
It depends on availability; if theres a few spots available to book we can offer vouchers for lessons.
If the discipline is full up for a while, we wont offer vouchers incase the recipient can't guarantee a spot.
Can I cancel/move the lesson?
There is no guarantee we can rearrange but we'll do our best to find you a time.
Lessons cancelled with less-than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate, if there are 3 lessons cancelled within a term, your booking may be reviewed.
